Both are reachable by public transport from Liverpool City Centre. The 17 and 27 bus go directly outside Anfield Stadium, and there is a soccer bus from St. Georges Hall to Goodison park stadium. You can also get the train from Liverpool Central station to Sandhills station and both stadiums are a 15-minute walk from here
Aintree Racecourse, home to the Grand National is just a 17min train ride away from Liverpool Central Station
Our M&S Bank Arena is located a short walking distance from the City Centre, surrounded by bars and restaurants on the Albert Dock
Crosby, Formby and Southport beaches are just a train ride away form Liverpool City Centre. You can reach both destinations from Liverpool Central using the Southport line. You can also visit Southport pier, a popular attraction offering many seaside attractions, especially in the summertime
